Dentistry In a New Light

I'm a dentist who believes that good dentistry begins with listening and treating the human in the chair, not just seeing them as another patient.

Born and raised in Maryland, I always knew I wanted to be a dentist. As a second generation dentist, I grew up around the profession and so being in the dental office felt like home to me. I started my journey at the University of Maryland with a degree in Kinesiology. Then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Biomedical Science with a Concentration in Oral Biology, and then to Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. After dental school, I went on to complete a one-year hospital residency within the One Brooklyn Health system, where I gained extensive training in complex restorative, surgical, and preventive dentistry with a focus on the connection between the mouth and overall health.

That foundation is the lens I bring to every patient. The mouth isn't separate from the body; it's a window into it, and your oral health and your general health are deeply intertwined. But my goal goes beyond the work itself. Whether you come in for a single cleaning or a full course of treatment, I want you to leave understanding your own mouth: why a problem happened, exactly what options I am recommending to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again.
